. . . either is correct. This group of plants is basically shallow water plants. Depending on where you live they may or may not be hardy. Most are very easy to grow.

Bacopa grows about 4 inches tall.  Pretty bluish-purple flowers June though September.  Wonderful lemon scent. Dark green leaves

Blue Bells has dark blue-purple flowers on rich dark green foliage.  Grows 2 to 3' tall

Blue bells compacta  is almost identical to the regular blue bells except it is a more compact growing plant.  Compacta grows about 8 inches tall

Blue-Eyed Grass grows 20 inches tall.  Full sun to part shade. Blooms in the summer. Grass-like foliage has a long blooming season of deep blue flowers with yellow throats.  Flowers are 3/4 in across Native American plant

 The deep burgundy-black foliage has a satin-like sheen, and the intense color holds superbly during the summer heat. The foliage rises to 4-5'.

The Variegated Four Leaf Clover and is a lily-like aquatic when placed in deeper water.  What this means is the plant is on the bottom and the leaves float on top of the water, just like a lily.)

Red Night Hibiscus likes sun to Part Shade, grows 24 to 36 inches tall and spreads 12-20 inches

Swamp Hibiscus grows about 4’ tall and is hardy to zone 4. The magnificent flowers are very showy. Hibiscus are native American flowers with pink, white or red flowers that appear in July and August.
