Bacopa grows about 4 inches tall.  Pretty bluish-purple flowers June though September.  Wonderful lemon scent. Dark green leaves  Hardy  zone 8 or higher.  This plant can be potted, or the rooted ends tucked into the rocks of a streambed or water fall.
