Grows 2  to 4  inches tall.  Full sun to part shade. Light green foliage with cream colored edge.  Forms a dense carpet

Lots of  sky blue star-shaped 3/8" blooms emerge in late spring and persist until early fall. Medium green foliage 

This plant can be potted, or the rooted ends tucked into the rocks of a streambed or water fall.

Full sun to light shade

Hardy zone 7 or higher.
