Golden Creeping Jenny Lysimachia nummularia 'Aurea'
The golden color can form a
good contrast to the other plants
in the pond. It requires good light but makes no
other demands. It is most
decorative when planted in small groups.
Hardy zone 4 or higher.
Sun or part shade
Flowers June, July and August (and September in warmer zones).
This is a great plant for a water fall or streambed because it makes a blanket of golden yellow foliage.
