Floating Heart is hardy  zone 6 or higher.

The leaves are heart-shaped, thus the name of the plant. The yellow star-shaped flowers persist through May, June, July, August and September.

Floating heart can be planted,  the rooted end tucked in the rocks or allowed to float on top of the water.
