Hornwort - pond or aquarium plant
6 bunches of hornwort ready to ship 6 bunches

one bunch or hornwort   1 bunch

Each bunch is like the one in my hand above.  Each bunch is weighted so it can be dropped the to the bottom of the pond  OR you may remove the weight and let it float OR if you prefer you can pot the plant in  dirt and cover the dirt with gravel/small stones.

Hornwort is very easy to grow and submerged plant that is bright green and feathery.  Turns almost a black color in the winter.

Not only does hornwort provide oxygen to the water but it also provides hiding places for the fish and a place for them to spawn (lay eggs). Under water oxygenators also absorb dissolved materials in the water such as fish waste. They also help keep the water clean and clear. It is generally recommended that you place one bunch of oxygenators per 2 square feet of surface.

Hardy to zone 5.

Hornwort can also be used with much success in aquariums
