It's Dragonfly time

My favorite time. They just started arriving Friday. If you are patient enough you can stick your finger in the air and they will land.
I believe this is a Prince Baskettail

That is a beautiful photo. I've seen many around my pond as well as in (nymph).

Like always great pix Koigardener :) . I finally got my circular Polarizing filter in this week haven't got a chance to play with it out at the pond yet but will soon. Letting the water get a little more clearer before I do. :lol: Yesterday when I was out taking a pix of the lily there was this bueatiful black butterfly with royal blue color on it. Try to get a close up shot of it but everytime I try to get near it would fly off :cry: Maybe next time :wink:
