Black Princess Hardy Water Lily has deep burgundy colored flowers.  In fact, it is one of the largest flowering lilies that are hardy.

The foliage is dark green with burgundy splotches.  Medium to large growing and one of the best bloomers around.

One of my favorites!

Spread 3 to 4 feet, making it a good plant for medium to large ponds

Minimum of 6 hours of sun a day.  Slight fragrance

Hardy zone 3 or higher
