Zebra Rush Scirpus zebrinus  is very popular. It grows about 4' tall.

The bold green and white-banded foliage makes this plant very unique.

In warmer zones the white bands usually disappear once the water warms up.

But it is still an all time favorite as a pond plant.

This plant can be potted, or the rooted ends tucked into the rocks of a streambed or water fall.

Hardy zone 5 or higher. Full sun to partial shade
